We all face moments where a single decision could change everything — moments filled with uncertainty, pressure, and fear.
In this episode, I’m talking about what it really feels like to face a tough decision — whether it’s changing careers, starting a business, ending a relationship, or moving to a new city. These aren’t just choices on paper. They’re life-altering moments that often come with doubt, anxiety, and the fear of making the wrong move.
But here’s the truth: making hard decisions is a skill — and like any skill, it gets stronger the more we practice it.
In this first part of a two-part series, I share the common struggles we all face when making big choices — fear of failure, overthinking, seeking validation — and why so many of us get stuck. I’ll walk you through the very first step: understanding the decision in front of you clearly and fully. Because clarity is the foundation of confident decision-making.
And I’ll also share some of my own story — the hard choices I made, the fear I felt, and what those decisions ultimately gave me.
If you’re standing at a crossroads, unsure what to do next… this episode is for you.

Are you ready to turn 2025 into your most successful year yet?
Imagine looking back on 2025 and saying, ‘That was the year everything changed.’
What if I told you that with the right strategies and mindset, it’s entirely possible? Personally, professionally, and everything in between.
I have done it many times over the years and in many areas of my life. From leaving a corporate job that didn´t fulfill me at all to becoming a serial entrepreneur. From not being a runner at all to running marathons. I´ve built a life where I can help my family, travel, and most importantly be happy while doing it.
But it was not all smooth sailing. I´ve failed so many times that it made me an expert in knowing how to stand back up, dust myself off, and come back stronger.
They´ve shaped who I am today, and I´m here to share those lessons with you.
And if I can do it, so can you. Let´s make 2025 your best year yet.
